Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, you will be eligible to request any alternative product available on our website at the same or higher price as the original product.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can follow our exchange process outlined above.
Exceptions:
While we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, there are certain items that are not eligible for exchange or cancellations. These include personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs (if applicable to your order) are non-refundable. If you are eligible for an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
